Your tasks at a glance

• You present treatment options to prospective patients.
• You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
• You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
• You help meet patients\' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.

A clear view of your assets

• You have a broad background in customer service and retention, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, and hospitality.
• You have prior experience as an inside sales representative or account executive (an asset).
• You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client follow-up techniques.
• You are organized, self-disciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are flexible to work various schedules, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) with occasional Saturday and evenings shifts..
