Come work with us in sunny South Surrey! We are located 7 min from the beach with easy highway access. This position is to start late January 2026. This is a part-time permanent position working Thursday and Friday mornings. Flexibility is required.
Morgan Crossing Sports Medicine multi award winning clinic of 14 years and is currently looking for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator/receptionist to start in late January, working Thursday and Friday mornings with 9:30am start and working to 4pm on Thursdays and 3pm on Fridays. Some flexibility is required for vacation coverage including other weekdays/evenings and Saturdays from time to time.
Join a fun team of practitioners with annual outings to Whitecaps games and volunteering at local marathons.
Experience in a similar setting (Physiotherapy, Massage, Chiropractic clinic) is required as well as experience using Jane clinic software and insurance billing.
Responsibilities include customer service/ greeting patients, answering the phone, booking patient appointments, taking payment, insurance billing, as well as laundry.
