Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals, ensuring everyone gets the care they need. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients regarding appointments, billing, and general information with enthusiasm. Collect and process patient information, including medical history and demographics, with care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure smooth operations. Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Ensure waiting areas and reception areas are clean and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Assist in managing patient flow and minimizing wait times for a better experience. Collaborate with the healthcare or dental team to address patient needs and concerns effectively. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient issues or concerns promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or healthcare-related training preferred. Previous experience in patient coordination role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that shine! Proficiency in using dental office software is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities that keep things running smoothly. Empathetic and patient-centered approach to patient care that makes a difference. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
