We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be the key point of contact for patients, ensuring their care is well-coordinated, timely and supportive from first consultation to treatment completion. You will combine clinical knowledge with strong communication and organizational skills to guide patients through each step of their fertility care.

Duties:

- Provide comppassionate, patient-centered care in line with clinic protocols and professional standards
- Conduct patient education on treatments, timelines and procedures
- Collaborate with the medical team to assist in various clinical procedures
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards regarding patient information and clinic operations.
- Participate in quality assurance programs to enhance patient care and safety.
- Conduct indirect patient care activities such as cleaning recovery areas and sterilization processes and laundry.
- Support administrative tasks including ordering supplies, attending meetings, and documenting patient interactions
-have experience with netcare and charting

Requirements:

- Valid LPN license with good standing from the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA).
- Completion of a Phlebotomy course or willingness to undertake the training.
- ACLS, BLS certification and up-to-date vaccinations are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to teamwork.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated flexibility in handling varying workloads and initiatives to improve patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
