Dental Receptionist
to be the warm and welcoming face of our practice.We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dental care in a comfortable, community-focused environment and we need someone who shares our passion for patient experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet patients with a smile and make them feel at home Schedule and manage appointments efficiently Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance and process payments Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date Support the dental team in maintaining a smooth daily schedule
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office (preferred) Knowledge of dental insurance and billing (asset) Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Tracker, or similar) Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
