This role is pivotal in supporting our clinics and patients from our head office. You will manage treatment coordination, ensure seamless scheduling, and foster a positive patient experience, while working independently within a team environment that values dependability and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations & Support:\xc2\xb7 Get to know your patient to understand their needs and preferences.\xc2\xb7 Assist patients in booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, ensuring schedules are optimized.\xc2\xb7 Track and follow up on incomplete treatment plans, sending timely follow-up communications.\xc2\xb7 Lead educational conversations about treatment options, providing patients with the necessary support and information.\xc2\xb7 Maintain patient confidentiality and respect their privacy at all times.Treatment Coordination:\xc2\xb7 Coordinate treatment plans and ensure patients are informed about their options and next steps.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with clinic staff to facilitate smooth transitions and updates to patient treatment schedules.\xc2\xb7 Communicate with patients regarding treatment timelines, follow-up appointments, and any required pre-treatment preparations.\xc2\xb7 Initiative and Independence:\xc2\xb7 Take initiative in addressing patient and clinic needs without needing close supervision.\xc2\xb7 Work independently within a team framework, demonstrating reliability and accountability.\xc2\xb7 Contribute proactively to team goals and collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive working environment.Skills and Qualifications:Experience:\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of dental procedures and insurance is required.\xc2\xb7 Sales experience is an asset.Skills:\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.\xc2\xb7 Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for patient care.\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also being a dependable team player.\xc2\xb7 Working Conditions:\xc2\xb7 Office environment equipped with a computer, phone, fax, email, and visual tools such as models, PowerPoint presentations, and patient treatment photos.At CDS, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
