We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be the key point of contact for patients, ensuring their care is well-coordinated, timely and supportive from first consultation to treatment completion. You will combine clinical knowledge with strong communication and organizational skills to guide patients through each step of their fertility care.

Key Responsibilities



1. Patient Interaction:



Serve as the primary contact for patients beginning their fertility journey. Address inquiries from potential patients to ensure the clinic offers the treatments they seek. Provide empathetic and professional responses to patient questions and concerns, offering an overview of timelines and processes.

2. Scheduling and Coordination:



Schedule consultations and manage patient appointments in the clinic calendar. Confirm consultation appointments, ensuring patients complete intake evaluations and medical histories before their visits. Maintain the Medical Director's calendar, filling gaps from cancellations to maximize scheduling efficiency. Set up new patients in the clinic's eIVF program, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and onboarding processes.

3. Documentation and Compliance:



Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, requested treatments, and financial transactions, while ensuring compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations. Safeguard patient confidentiality in adherence to HIPAA, PHIA, and other relevant standards.

4. Financial Management:



Invoice patients and process payments efficiently and accurately. Assist patients with insurance documentation and financial navigation to streamline their experience.

5. Team Collaboration and Metrics Reporting:



Work closely with physicians, nurses, laboratory staff, and administrative teams to ensure coordinated care. Provide daily metrics and updates to clinic leadership.

6. Quality Assurance:



Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, maintaining high standards of care and identifying areas for improvement. Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction to continuously enhance the patient experience.

Requirements



Education:



Healthcare administration, nursing, or related field perferred (2-3 years patient facing role experience) Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities and collaborative mindset Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated flexibility in handling varying workloads, time management skills and striving to improve patient care Exemplary professionalism and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
