POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Villa de l'Estrie residence in Sherbrooke is seeking an empathetic Patient Attendant who cares about the well-being of residents.
Full-time daytime schedule, 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., permanent position with every other weekend.
The candidate must hold a diploma recognized by a government body, 16-hour CPR, and the PDSB of ASSTSAS.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related tasks

Health Care
Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity . Proactively assist and support the residents Respond to all emergency situations While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset PAB diploma issued by a government body Up to date CPR / AED training certificates PDSB training
