Mishmish is a third-culture Middle Eastern Bakery & Cafe dedicated to serving food and drink inspired by the tastes, techniques, and traditions that have been with our families for generations and the celebration of the adaptations that have come from who and where we are now.

Role Responsibilities
Uphold standards for quality, cleanliness, daily equipment maintenance, organization, and safety in all areas of baking and pastry prep* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with the ability to stay calm under pressure* Time management skills and the ability to work on their own or as part of a team* Communicate clearly with management and the rest of the team.* Ability to follow instructions and training based on guides and training materials.* Be respectful of coworkers*
Qualifications
