We're looking for an
experienced Pastry Chef/Pastry Sous
to join our team. This role involves leading or assisting in pastry production, ensuring consistency, and assisting in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Ability to work early mornings and weekends
Strong organizational skills and efficiency in a small kitchen
Time management and comfortable with quick pace
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team
