Responsibilities

Manage food production processes efficiently, ensuring all baked goods are produced on time and to high-quality specifications.
Package finished products carefully for retail display or catering orders, maintaining freshness and presentation standards.
Assist with food preparation tasks including mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various pastry items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols.
Support kitchen operations by assisting with cooking tasks as needed and ensuring smooth workflow during busy periods.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients' requests or special orders professionally and courteously.
Handle food products safely during storage, handling, and transportation to prevent contamination or spoilage.
Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes or seasonal offerings that excite our clientele.
Requirements
Proven pastry experience
Solid background in food production, preparation, baking, and culinary arts within a professional kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is essential.
Ability to operate kitchen equipment efficiently including mixers, ovens, knives, and other baking tools with precision.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders while maintaining quality standards under pressure.
Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
Exceptional attention to detail combined with a passion for culinary excellence.
