We are searching for the following position:

Baker/Pastry Chef - flexible full or part time positions available for the winter season, permanent full time management for the right candidate.

We are looking for the following qualities in our ideal candidates:

A passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Self motivated to develop your skills and industry knowledge. Highly organized, efficient, and superior attention to detail. A cheerful disposition, strong work ethic, and great communication skills. Minimum 2 years in a similar position

Responsibilities of the position:

A strong understanding of baking and pastry recipes, confidence working with sourdough and viennoiserie. Working with the Head Chef to create daily specials using seasonal products. Maintain a clean and organized station Ordering and inventory
