Job Description

Kitchen Table Group is looking for a passionate and dependable Pasta Apprentice / Delivery Driver to join the team at Pastificio di Luigi, our pasta factory! This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to learn pasta-making techniques while also playing a key role in ensuring our handmade goods make it safely to our restaurants. Your day might include pasta-production equipment, packing and labeling orders, driving to multiple restaurant locations across Vancouver, and supporting with cleaning, organizing, and prepping for the next day. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a positive attitude who is ready to grow with us.

Pastificio di Luigi is our artisan pasta factory on East Cordova Street, quietly tucked into an industrial corner of Vancouver. Here, pasta is crafted with care and tradition, using time-honoured techniques, bronze-die extruders, and the finest durum semolina flour available. This is the soul of Kitchen Table - a place where passion and craft come together to create the pasta that brings our restaurants to life.

Please note, this position will be part-time on Wednesdays, Thursday, and Fridays.

You have:



1+ year experience working in a kitchen or food production environment Interest in learning pasta production from an experienced team Ability to work efficiently, cleanly, and with precision in a fast-paced setting Comfort lifting up to 20kg/45lbs and working on your feet A team-focused mindset and willingness to support where needed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability required

Driver Requirements:



Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (no suspensions or DUI/DWI within the last 5 years) Comfortable driving in urban settings and operating a delivery van Punctuality and reliability are a must Attention to detail when loading/unloading deliveries and tracking orders

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
