role is responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control tasks. This position ensures products are accurately received, stored, and shipped, while supporting a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
Receive inbound deliveries, verify packing slips, and check product quantities and conditions.
Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders.
Ensure shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
Inventory Control
Assist with cycle counts and regular
inventory audits
.
Track and record stock movements in the inventory management system.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies (shortages, overages, or damages).
Support efforts to minimize
stockouts
and maintain accurate stock levels.
Warehouse Operations
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, ensuring materials are stored safely and efficiently.
Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Support order processing teams with product staging for customer orders and rentals.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience an asset (not required; training provided).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
