We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on
Part-Time Warehouse & Office Support Associate
to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, scheduling coordination, and customer interaction in a small, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Receiving and processing incoming orders
Physically lifting and moving boxes of blinds and materials
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Managing a small inventory of parts and supplies
Managing installer schedules and booking installation appointments
Keeping showroom sample books current, organized, and presentable
Assisting with fleet vehicle maintenance scheduling and service appointments
Assisting customers in the showroom as needed
Answering phones as needed
Providing general support to the Office Manager and Owner
Qualifications
Ability to lift and move boxes of blinds and related materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing schedules and coordinating appointments
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Friendly and professional demeanour when assisting customers
Basic computer and scheduling skills
