Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Range: $17.60 - $18.85
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday OR Friday and Saturday
Shift
Day: 7am to 3:30pm
Afternoon: 3pm to 11:30pm
Night: 10pm to 7:30am
What's the Job?

  • Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Perform inbound activities including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
  • Reprice and retag products as needed to maintain correct labeling and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
What's Needed?
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies (RF scanners, voice picking, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Eligible for PIT certification if required
  • Committed to safety standards and compliance (steel toe boots and high-visibility vest required)
