What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Part-Time Teller to join our Hudson's Hope Branch working 28.5 hours per week. As a Teller at Beem, you play a vital role in driving our company's financial success. By addressing our members' core needs with excellence, you not only enhance their experience but also identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell additional products and services.

What you'll do:

Calculate foreign and domestic exchange, order and cash cheques, process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, Treasury, MTS Wires, and open/close personal accounts and print statements. Build partnerships by effectively communicating with employees and members and accessing the needed information to meet needs. Process all daily balancing duties. Follow proper policy and security procedures. Recognize member needs and promote Beem products and services and refer more complex requests to appropriate CU professional. Prepare and reconcile Central 1 deposits. Optional attendance to community and/or networking events.

What you'll bring:

1-3 years of job-related experience in a financial sales and service environment Basic understanding of credit products and procedures High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

The hourly range for this position is $24.69 to $30.20. Extended health care and dental coverage.
