Capo Salerno is an Italian boutique near located on Tycos Drive near Yorkdale Mall. We offer made in Italy and Italian brand fashions to both men and women. Our primary customer is men as we carry 90% menswear with 10% directed towards women's clothing, accessories & handbags.

What we are looking for:
Our Sales Stylists are here to ensure that our customers have an enjoyable and unique shopping experience. In the end, we believe that our clothes will sell themselves but as a sales stylists you need to be confident in engaging the customer and offering advice, from time to time, to figure out what's possible for their personal style.
Knowledge in Italian brands and menswear is preferred.
We are interested in hiring the right candidate who has previous menswear retail experience.
Must be fluent in English language. It is necessary to not only comprehend but also communicate effectively, efficiently and confidently with clients and staff.
Knowledge of Italian language is an asset.
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
Customer Service:
Provide excellent direct and indirect customer service according to Capo Salerno standards on the selling floor, in the fitting room and at the cash point.
Answer phones courteously and promptly.
Job Knowledge:
Actively work with garments, including processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising per Capo Salerno guidelines, to maximize selling opportunities.
Previous knowledge in Italian brands and menswear is preferred.
Ring on the register, report and handle all required transactions, issue receipts and pack merchandise.
Unload delivery truck, receive, open and unpack merchandise and label merchandise with security tags
Efficiency:
Execute reductions, price changes, transfers and cash register routines
Utilize established Capo Salerno policies and procedures to assist in loss prevention and safety for the store.
Team Player:
Work effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, cash point, fitting rooms and stockroom are clean and well maintained per Capo Salerno's store standards
Adhere to Capo Salerno values and internal standards policies and procedures contained in the Capo Salerno Handbook
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent a must.
Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury fashion retail industry a must.
Experience in menswear preferred.
Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance
Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool

Commission is in addition to your hourly wage. We will discuss commission details during the interview process.

(You may not be required to work the entire day but flexible availability needed for this time frame).
Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 7pm
Sunday 12-5

Fluent in Italian language & access to vehicle.
