You:

We are seeking a motivated Part-time Studio Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a diverse skill set within a vibrant environment. The ideal candidate will be the face of our studio, you must be organized, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to the overall success of our studio. Bilingual abilities and prior retail or customer service experience are highly valued. This position involves engaging with clients, managing daily operations, and supporting team initiatives to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors.

Duties:

Greet and assist clients with inquiries, providing outstanding customer service Booking appointments and managing front desk Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation of the studio Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently Support merchandising efforts by organizing products and promotional displays Handle cash handling and bookkeeping responsibilities with attention to detail Selling memberships, packages, and retail products Educating customers on tanning, skincare, and lash aftercare Support team management tasks including training & development of new staff members Hitting sales goal and contribute to a positive, driven team environment

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, is preferred Supervising or team management experience is a plus Skills in negotiation, merchandising Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for communicating with diverse clientele Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail essential Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette necessary for effective interactions

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
