Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food handling and preparation. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.

Experience

One year of serving experience or more is needed. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately are necessary. Experience with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Great English skills required, French preferred but not mandatory.
