We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in setting up dining areas, refilling supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of tables and service stations
Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues to ensure a positive dining experience
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed and adhere to all food safety guidelines
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is desirable
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry
