Famoso Pronto Pizzeria is looking to hire an energetic, hard-working server to join this location.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience:
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase sales
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Understanding of basic math for calculating bills and making change
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper handling and storage procedures
- Strong hospitality skills, including friendly demeanor and excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
