We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and friendly service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide excellent guest services will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math skills are applied during payment processing. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations, adhering to sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
