to join our high-performing team onTuesdays and Fridays
. Daytime hours.Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls
in a friendly, professional manner, addressing patient inquiries Managepatient relations
, ensuring a positive front-desk experienceCollect patient information
and coordinateappointment bookings
efficientlySubmit dental insurance claims
and ensure timely follow-ups Handlepayment processing
, ensuring accuracy and compliance Sort, organize, and manageoffice mail
and documentationQualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a dental or medical administrative role is an asset Exceptionalcommunication skills
, both written and verbal Strongorganizational skills
and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail
with a focus on patient care and accuracy Positive, professional attitude with ateam-oriented and collaborative mindset
