Key Responsibilities:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track KPIs such quote data from generation to close and customer volume reporting.
Identify potential leads for Sales Associates, utilizing databases. Such as RPRA.
Evaluate and improve sales workflows, including lead routing.
Support the rollout of lead generation database and tracking.
Collect feedback from the sales team on lead generation.
Compile information from multiple sources for bids and tenders.
Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing the Company's diverse service offerings.
Verify account details and ensure the accurate flow of information within the department.
Quickly adapts to new situations and approaches; open to change and readily adopts new methods on the face of shifting priorities.
Prepare and distribute various reports.
Knowledge, Skills and Key Competencies:
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects.
An independent problem solver with excellent organizational skills to work across functions.
Waste management industry experience an asset.
Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through.
Exceptional communication both verbal and written.
Strong Proficiency in MS Office, along with high attention to detail.
