Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home decor store. As a Sales Leadership, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.


Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we're looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends).

What You Will Do:

Guide customers in their decor choices Open, prepare and close the store Train and coach team members Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising Ensure the performance of the store Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:

At least 2 years of Retail sales experience Experience in Customer Service Leadership A passion for interior decor and merchandising

Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 4 days (20+ hours) per week

Must be available to work between 9am-8:30pm

The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
