Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding Provide knowledgeable advice on technology products and solutions, including upselling relevant items Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Support store organization through effective time management and organizational skills Ensure excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain products clearly Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively Upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction Organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional remote communication
