Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering personalized recommendations Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online communication channels Support store operations through effective merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred Bilingual skills (English and additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills are advantageous Experience with product demos, merchandising, and upselling techniques will be beneficial Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are essential for success in this role Prior experience in cashiering or retail environments will help ensure smooth daily operations
