Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain merchandising standards and organize product displays for optimal presentation Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Handle cashiering duties with accuracy, including processing returns and exchanges Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive shopping experience

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Experience in sales or retail sales preferred Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on upselling and achieving targets
