Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage your time efficiently will be key to your success in this role. Must be able to work weekends and 1 day during the week.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about the latest fashion and design trends and product offerings to better assist customers. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes. Familiarity with retail sales is a plus, along with experience in conducting product demos. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
