Stuff you'll do:
Act as a brand ambassador, representing William Ashley with professionalism and enthusiasm
Deliver a refined, personalized client experience that reflects the luxury positioning of the brand
Demonstrate deep product knowledge across all collections, patterns, and special-order lines
Build and maintain a strong client base through clienteling and proactive outreach
Understand and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and brand stories
Curate baskets that inspire, match clients' needs, and drive meaningful transactions
Support clients with gift registry selection and planning
Collaborate with Associates and Order Desk to ensure seamless order processing and client follow-up
Support with returns and inquiries only when other team members are unavailable, always with a service-first approach
Contribute to in-store activations and event support
Uphold all health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Stuff we need from you:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and using ladders up to 10 ft
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holiday seasons, and special events
Available to support the warehouse sale 2-3 times per year
