Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Part-Time Sales Associate

with a focus on

softgoods and merchandising

to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the overall presentation and operation of the store. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in active and outdoor lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in selecting apparel, outerwear, and accessories. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor that reflects current merchandising standards. Assist with receiving, tagging, restocking, and displaying new product arrivals. Stay informed about current and upcoming brands, products, and seasonal trends. Support overall shop operations as needed, including opening/closing duties and general upkeep.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience required; experience in apparel or sporting goods retail preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Strong attention to detail and an interest in visual presentation and merchandising. Availability to work weekends and some evenings during the busy season.

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately

10-25 hours per week

depending on the season and availability.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
