What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience by combining product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm for outdoor living. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service and expert advice on outdoor apparel and gear Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products Achieving sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who:

Has

previous sales experience

(experience in apparel or outdoor retail is a strong asset) Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and teammates Is

fluent in English

; the ability to

speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)

is

preferred

Is passionate about outdoor activities and enjoys sharing that passion with others Is reliable, positive, and a team player Is available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
