What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum

2 years retail experience

(bonus if it's in supplements, nutrition, or fitness apparel) Passion for

health, supplements, fitness, and the outdoors

You love people, and they love you back -- you're confident, engaging, and know how to close a sale You ask questions and listen -- because you care about recommending what's best for the customer, not just what's on sale

Nice to Haves:

Personal use or deep knowledge of popular supplements (pre-workouts, greens, creatine, adaptogens, etc.) Experience hitting sales targets or working in commission/bonus-driven roles First aid, coaching certs, personal trainer background -- all a plus
