Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections, ensuring a positive shopping experience Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, especially for technology-related items Engage in upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain merchandising standards, including product displays and inventory organization Provide knowledgeable assistance on product specifications, technical details, and usage instructions Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Support store operations by managing stock levels, organizing merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness of the sales floor Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technology sales preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions Familiarity with merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with phone etiquette and professionalism Knowledge of retail products, especially technology items, is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
