We are seeking a dynamic, mature and motivated Sales Associate /Frame Stylist to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

2 YEARS OF RETAIL SALES IS MANDATORY

Duties

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist clients in selection of frames and other optical needs. Maintain an organized, clean and visually appealing sales floor. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Booking eye exams and fielding phone calls with patients. Basic frame adjustments and repairs. Some lab work. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods.

Skills

Experience in retail is mandatory. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with retail sales practices, including merchandising techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient work environment. Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks. Knowledge of phone etiquette for customer interactions.
