What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Experience in sales, upselling, and meeting quotas is an asset (but not required!) A passion for building client relationships and exceeding sales goals Minimum 18 years old Strong communication and people skills Ability to greet and assist customers with confidence and warmth Comfortable upselling products and services to enhance the customer experience Willingness to stay informed on promotions and product knowledge Reliable, organized, and proactive Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and studio standards
