Day-to-Day Duties:

Provide exceptional

customer service

by addressing and resolving client needs quickly.

Educate customers

on products and shoe care. Create an

engaging and enjoyable shopping experience

for all customers. Meet and exceed

sales targets

Maintain

attractive, well-organized

displays to enhance the shopping experience

Collaborate with team members

recommend products based on customer preferences, needs, and trends.

Assist

with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
