Respond to customer requests & queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate marketing initiatives, using digital and print, etc.
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
Maintain expense records and spreadsheets, filing and general administration
Maintain the orders into the system and customer portal with up to date information.
Accountable to support established store sales, expense targets and customer service metrics by implementing strategies with impact to store payroll, store budgets, loss prevention and improving customer service.
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and KPIs.
Coordinate couriers and mailings for customers or prospects.
Other ad-hoc tasks and duties.
