Role Summary
You will support clients before, during, and after treatment days by completing documentation, education, and gentle care coordination. The focus is consultative and relationship-centered, not salesy.
Core Accountabilities
Complete intake consultations to confirm medical suitability
Provide clear education on pelvic health and treatment options
Call clients for check-ins and follow-ups, and coordinate next steps when needed
Visit clients during treatment days to answer questions and support comfort
Document accurately in our EMR (Jane) and follow clinic protocols
Partner with the team to deliver a polished, respectful client experience
Qualifications & Experience
RPN or RN
in good standing with the
CNO
3+ years of nursing experience preferred; pelvic health, urology, gynecology, or women's health is an asset (training provided)
Warm communication style, excellent judgment, strong attention to detail
Comfort with EMR charting and simple clinic workflows
Professional presence and a client-first mindset
