kini mobile is a wireless service provider in Canada which provides local mobile service especially for Chinese and Filipino segments. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our retail team in Markham stores. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing tailored mobile service solutions to meet client needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate mobile phone service recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-up, and closing techniques. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to inform product development.

Experience

Previous experience in telecom service and retail sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn. Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key attributes for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
