Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and upsell items to customers
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the cash register balances at the end of the shift

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales and technology products is beneficial
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
