The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes in a busy hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Manage accounts payables; ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Track expenses and organize receipts and invoices.
Support payroll preparation and employee record management.
Assist with onboarding new staff, ensuring all documentation is complete and filed.
Handle administrative duties such as supplier communication, and filing.
Qualifications:
4+ years of hospitality bookkeeping and administrative experience.
Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable and discreet when handling sensitive financial and employee information.
Flexible availability for part-time hours.
