Position: Part-Time -Remote Customer Service Representative (Weekend Night Shift)
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $25 per hour
Schedule: 20 hours per week (Friday 12am to 8pm, Saturday 8pm to 8am)Are you a night owl with excellent communication skills? - Previous customer service or call center experience.

- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: Communicate with clients from outside Quebec region and provide accurate information pertaining to requests
- Frequency of Use: Constantly for almost every task assignedRole:- Communicate with customers via phone and email to identify and document technical issues.
- Use internal software, tools, and guides to create service requests or work orders for the field team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while following support guidelines.
- Manage time effectively and multitask to maintain high service levels.
- Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service quality.
