Your Day-to-Day



As a Receptionist/Sales Administrator, you'll:

Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.

Maintain showroom appearance by updating signage, organizing fabrics and samples, re-ticketing products, and placing supply orders.

Handle incoming calls, answer sales order inquiries, collect payments and schedule deliveries.

Perform data entry in our in-house system and excel, including tracking customer traffic counts, daily sales totals, and customer data.

Provide support with small furniture/accessory pick-ups.

Contribute to light cleaning duties to keep our showroom inviting.

What You Bring to the Table



Mandatory availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility for additional shifts during weekdays (Tuesday-Friday).

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and confidence learning in-house software.

A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for every visitor.
