We are seeking a dedicated part time Receptionist to join our team at Cornerstone Physiotherapy. We are a fun and lively work place where our staff and patients become friends. A beautiful, clean and modern environment with an excellent reputation in Toronto's medical community.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and appointment scheduling. Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information and answering inquiries. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain patient records and appointment schedules Provide information about services offered at Cornerstone Physiotherapy to patients and potential clients. Coordinate direct billing processes with insurance companies as needed.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Accounts payable
We are looking for applicants who have the ability to work

flexible hours Monday through Friday, ability to cover certain Saturday's is a plus
