Who Are We Looking For?


We're looking for a

self-motivated, professional Part-Time Receptionist

to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers--greeting guests, answering inquiries, and performing a variety of general office duties. As the face and voice of our dealership, your professionalism, friendly demeanor, and helpful attitude play a key role in shaping first impressions and representing our brand in the Grande Prairie market.

Duties include:

Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally, checking them in using our concierge service, and guiding them to the right person within the dealership. Ensure visitors are comfortable and are attended to. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents. Maintain and prepare meeting rooms. Maintain tidiness of common areas. Monitor inventory and order office supplies. Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier packages. Other duties as required.
What is required for the position?

One year of reception/office experience preferred. Experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset. Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly, and as intended. Accurate and efficient typing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines. Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and Automotive programs; PBS, Dealersocket considered an asset. Phenomenal interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal individuals. Sound, practical business judgment, and a problem-solving, client-focused, results-oriented approach. Excellent document creation, reviewing, and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency related to business correspondence and communications. Process-oriented; superior attention to detail and accuracy. Results-driven and career-focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
