See if you are our next: RECEPTIONIST (Part-time) Eye Health MD (a partner of Vision Group), located in the heart of downtown Montreal, just steps away from the McGill metro station, is looking for a Receptionist. This prime location with a great view of downtown Montreal is looking for a is looking for a person with a passion for customer service. The position does not require experience working in the medical field, but this will be considered an asset. • You have a permanent part-time position (Monday to Friday, 15-22h/week).

• You work with experts in Ophthalmology.

Your tasks at a glance

• You courteously greet patients and provide appointment information.
• You confirm appointments by phone within 48 hours.
• You bill patients and collect payments.
• You manage mail, emails and faxes.
• You close the accounts for the day.

• You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et fran\xc3\xa7ais \xc3\xa9galement.
• You are passionate about the medical field and desire to work with the elderly.
• You stand out for your organizational skills, collaboration and autonomy.
• You are proficient in basic and advanced forms of technology, including computers and some software applications (MS Office, Teams, etc.).
• You are available to work flexible hours Monday-Friday, for example: Tuesday AM/PM, Wednesday AM and Friday AM.
