We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced team-based environment. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and is responsible for providing our customers with an expectational experience while attending our dealership.

Responsibilities



Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assess guest needs and guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member Routing customers to Sales Consultants without delay, while ensuring that all sales representatives receive a fair rotation of sales prospects and clients Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area. Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages Completing reports etc. as requested by management. Perform other duties as required/requested by management.

Qualifications



Our receptionist is the face of our dealership to our guests and must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the company Strong communication skills and some data entry skills are required Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task will ensure you succeed in this role Previous Reception and/or Customer Service experience an asset
