As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers while also playing a key role in vehicle licensing, registration accuracy, and administrative support across departments. If you are detail oriented, enjoy working with people, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment, then this is an excellent opportunity for you! This will be a part-time position working evening shifts 4pm-8pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Telephone communications and reception duties
• Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• Vehicle licensing and administration
• Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments
• Participate in administrative tasks
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• One (1) year of reception experience or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner
• Organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
• Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
